My thoughts as I live facebooked the event as opposed to twitter because I didn't wanna be restricted to 140 characters:
Adele is a MAJOR talent. Kicked ass live.
Gaga dressed like an **** for nothing
Chris Brown was given a heavy trophy so I thought she should flee
Is Paul McCartney really LL Cool J's homie?
Coldplay=Ambien.
Niki Manaje(sp?) is a ****ing idiot.

I can't watch that ****, but I like checking out the Ugly Dress Awards, LOL!

Rihanna - SMOKIN!!!!!
Minaj - SUPERFAIL
Adele - Total class act
LL Cool J - Had no idea he was still around, but looking pretty good!
Ice T - still totally badass!
Val Kilmer - looks slimmer, but his face still looks all bloated for some reason.

Ultimate WIN goes to Weird Al Yankovic and Family for this lovely portrait:

They make even Gaga look stale!
I don't do it on stage in front of men throwing money at me. It's more of a fitness thing.

The ****, was the go with Megadeth losing to Foo Fighters.. I like Foo Fighters & they're good as far as a rock band of modern day goes. But This was Megadeths 10th shot, and they were shot down again. If Slayer can win a Grammy for World Painted Blood then surely Megadeth can win one...

LUV the yankovic family photo.

Bon Iver: WTF was the guy from Family Ties doing at the grammys??? I suppose every awards show needs that douchy-anti-commercialism-narcissist.

Nicki Minaj: REALLY?

Chris Brown: It's great that the industry is intent on glamourizing UNREPENTANT woman-beaters. And the Ike Turner lifetime achievement award goes to....

Deadmau5: OOPS mainstream now. Gotta hang on to Skrillex as long as we can.

Bon Iver is awesome! (but I can relate to douchy narcissist)

I can't stand Skrillex, but did see his speech and his shout out to Croydon, the home of Dubstep!

The old man likes Bon Iver too. But he cautions to enjoy it in small doses. :D

although apart from Rolling In The Deep, Adele bores me.

I saw Bon Iver last year, was expecting man with guitar but instead found a band with 15 members on stage (2 drummers, can never go wrong with 2 drummers).

although I do like this p*ss take

Sounds like a unique experience to witness live.

15 members- That amount of musical presence reminds me of The Polyphonic Spree. Wonder whatever happened to them?
