It was pretty sweet. One that is probably way above an Arsenal fan's ability to even fathom seeing their team do that on home pitch.. :)

I could bore for England about great Arsenal goals, but I have to admit not recalling any of the overhead/bicycle kick variety.  :)

My knowledge of great Arsenal goals is literally zero. Actually when I played many moons ago our chief rival was a club called Arsenal out of Phoenix.

That is one of the best soccer football goals I have seen.
Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Pele do that before? Maybe in the movie Victory?

Pele did that a couple times and its been done since. Pele even did that as a member of the New York Cosmos I believe

Yes Pele did score in Escape To Victory (as it's known over here) with a overhead kick, then who wouldn't if being managed by Michael Caine!


This is probably the best ever overhead kick, scored by Trevor Sinclair (QPR)
